Melksham is a working Wiltshire market town with a practical character and a mix of housing that includes older stone properties, Victorian terraces and more modern housing. It has exactly the kind of housing stock — older homes with chimneys that need proper maintenance — that Phil works on every week.
Phil covers Melksham and the surrounding area as part of his regular working patch. He’s been in and out of the town for 20 years and has built up a loyal customer base among homeowners who want a tradesman who turns up on time, does the job properly, and doesn’t create unnecessary work.
